The “Zodiac Walks to Voice the Land” is a series of twelve interactive workshops and nature adventures held every month, following the sacred path of the Glastonbury Temple of The Stars (The Glastonbury Zodiac).

Filled with stories, myths, songs, ceremony and embodied play, these pilgrimages are offering a safe space for a deep exploration of our inner and outer relationship with the astrological archetypes and the Spirit of these sacred lands.

Join us and be part of an exciting journey of connection to our Great Mother, the Earth Mother, her seasons and her cycles by following the astrological wheel and the movement of the celestial bodies.

The Glastonbury Zodiac is the most magnificent feature of central Somerset, a landscape zodiac where the stars in the heavens are mirrored on Earth in the contours and features of the land.  Also known as Avalon, this is a place held sacred for centuries for its unique natural features and for its associations with the Holy Grail and the Hero’s or Leading Woman’s Journey. It holds great wisdom and potentiality for those who seek it and it is known to bring powerful, transformative and restoring experiences.

“When Mother dances, we dance too. When Mother breaks we break too. Something in us is resonant with all of Creation, with Nature…

When Mother laughs, we laugh too.”

(Clarissa P. Estes)

What to expect when you join “Zodiac Walks to Voice the Land”

❖ Once a month, we walk in nature, attuned to the journey the Earth takes around the Sun in a year in the Glastonbury Zodiac landscape. We follow the outline of the zodiac figure represented by the sign in which the Sun is at the time. (ex: Sun in Taurus, we walk in the Taurus figure on the zodiac map).

❖ You will learn about medical astrology and you will tap into, feel and experience the medicine of each zodiac sign through a diversity of embodiment practices like: music, movement, play and creative arts, meditation and guided imagery, journaling, etc.

❖ Each month you will receive insight, information and teaching about the Glastonbury Zodiac landscape and the zodiacal archetypes.

❖ You will re awaken your senses and connect to the wisdom of your body through embodied play.

❖ You will learn to harmonize and bring more balance into your day to day life by tuning into the astrological wheel and the cycles and seasons of Nature.

❖ You will connect to the natural elements and you will have time to reflect and connect to your own pathway in life, your dreams and aspirations. You will work with your Voice and your unique creative expression.

❖ You will receive experiences and teachings from the Heart of the Land, from your own connection with Source and you will explore your own curative potential.

❖ You will meet likeminded people and connect with other waking companions in a beautiful natural environment

❖ Walking in Nature nourishes your body and spirit and promotes physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

What Others Say

“Participating in Andreea’s journey up The Tor, was fun and profound at the same time. She has an extraordinary ability to lead in a natural way and make the magic of this sacred landscape accessible and tangible through personal experience."

Yannick Dubois, UK

"Andreea, among many things, is a visionary communicator who embodies the spirit of Avalon. Whether you’re outdoors sharing nature with her or indoors becoming more in touch with yourself, she’s a wonderful guide. When you’re walking and working with her, you’ll find that the things she points out and the questions she asks are tools that help you to open yourself, to become your own guide. How do I know this? I was part of a group she led and still remember and use what I learned after she helped me to open my eyes.”

Jim Maney, USA

“Andreea facilitated the sound journey during the winter solstice and gave us a tour to the Glastonbury Tor. For me she came across as a mother archetype- gently caring, making sure everyone was safe and grounded. Being a Capricorn, I really appreciated her down to earth approach. The pilgrimage to Tor Hill was very heart opening, no words needed here,

I highly recommend to experience it for yourself."

Ugne, London

About Me

I was born in the mountains of Romania and for as long as I can remember, I always loved and felt deeply connected to The Earth Mother, walking her paths and her song lines, listening to her music, playing and bathing in her beauty and discovering her healing nature.

For more than 7 years, I have been walking the Somerset landscape weaving stories, songs and prayers into the fabric of the land. I have been guided by wonderful teachers myself through the Glastonbury Zodiac and walked many pilgrimages on these lands, both as a pilgrim and as a guide for others, deeply connecting with the heart of the place and its changing rhythms.

I bring and weave together astrology and sound, nature and art in my work, dedicated to nurturing, encouraging and strengthening our embodied, deep loving connection we have with the Earth Mother and the music of the celestial bodies, that we may live together a healthy, creative and flourishing Life.

What is the Glastonbury Zodiac?

The Glastonbury Zodiac is a great landscape configuration that spreads across 10 miles and around 30 miles in circumference. The vast landmass of zodiac figures is molded into the landscape by mounts, rivers, roads and old boundaries as well as ancient monuments and earthworks can only be seen from high above.

Many believe that this landscape has been created and shaped by Powers of nature and cosmic forces throughout time. These expressions of the land come together to form terrestrial representations of the 12 horoscope constellations and hold qualities of that sign in physical form The Zodiac Circle of the Stars – the 12 archetypes of creation.

The Glastonbury Zodiac, was first described by a remarkable artist and mystic, Katharine Maltwood in the 1920s, but since then over fifty other zodiacs have been described in Britain and Europe. These zodiacs are widely recognized as being associated with rich synchronicities of history, legend, place-names and personal experience which recall the phenomenology of sacred space.

Like medieval pilgrimage routes and like many aborigines still do, we will be walking the “song lines' of the land, to enhance the natural energies that flow through the Earth.

Zodiac Walks to Voice the Land is a beautiful and powerful journey to do by yourself, with your loved one or one or more friends and a great opportunity to meet likeminded people from all walks of life.
